PURPOSE
We established Blue Sunsets LLC to invest in distressed asset recovery as a developer and venture investor. Our goal is to build residential and commercial properties which add real value to both your financial well being and to your personal life or working environment. Our formula is simple: discover undervalued land or property in targeted real estate markets – usually near water or within walking distance to college campuses or town centers – and then build residences or commercial properties with sustainable materials, superior craftsmanship, energy efficient design and premium finishes.
Blue Sunsets recently completed the acquisition of an 11.5 acre parcel on St. Simons Island, GA.; the construction of an 8000 SF, high-end, residential property in Spring Lake, NJ; and the investment in property on the golf course at Dragon Bay in the Cayman Islands.
